Production

Production will require a combination of two types of expertise:

1. Electro-optic circuit assembly, which will include purchase of electrical components such as wires, LEDs, control systems and integration of components onto the glass motherboard.

2. Glass pack assembly, where coated glass is ordered according to the required specification and integrated with the ViGlazeTx system.

A number of meetings have been held with Glaverbel, now ACG, one of the largest float glass production companies in the world. They are interested in becoming a global partner, as they see that a strategic partnership with ViGlazeTx would lead to increased sales of their products especially on high value new build skyscrapers. In return such a partnership would give the ViGlazeTx business credibility, technical glass and façade support, huge global market penetration capability into major new build and building refurbishment via their sales network, and co-exhibiting at trade shows.

Meetings have been held with the production companies in Russia where the ViGlazeTx electro-optic systems can be produced in limited quantities. In Moscow, Dubai and Bahrain meetings have been held with companies that have the capability and capacity to integrate the ViGlazeTx systems into glazing packs.
