Alchemie Technology has recruited a world class international business team directly working with leading specialist consultancies, five scientific institutes and seven large factories. Optimal organisation and development of the business is being brought about by a highly motivated, experienced multi-disciplined team comprising:
- Senior Corporate Directors & Advisers for corporate planning, governance and industry contacts.
- Senior industry executives to manage and develop the business as fast as possible.
- Highly experienced technologists, engineers and scientists for materials, component and product development.
- Current sales and marketing professionals with extensive industry knowledge and sales networks.
Chief Executive Officer - Haslen Back, former army officer, who previously ran a risk management operation, identified the technologies and co-founded Alchemie Technology.
Finance Manager - Valeria Tioutina BSc Econ (MSE), manages the relationships with the Scientific Partners as well as financial modelling and budgeting, Valeria is a co-founder or Alchemie Technology.
President, American Operations – Benjamin Kafka BA, experienced with Fortune 500 level business development. Ben is responsible for sales, marketing and business development of Alchemie Technology’s American operations.
Chairman of APTx - Graham James, MBA, former deputy Commissioner in the Metropolitan Police, retd Aug. 2003 Graham has taken on responsibility for developing the APTx business as Chairman as well as through his considerable organisational skills and security industry contacts.
General Manager, UK - John Back, main investor in the business, and co-founder of Alchemie. John manages all UK company administration.
Andrei Kuturin MSc- Chief Materials Technologist, Andrei is responsible for managing the internal and externally funded research and development. Andrei is the former technical and commercial director for the largest body armour company in Russia. Andrei holds a MSc in composites materials science.
IPR Director - Larisa Yatrova, former head of Soyuz Patent’s patenting department. Larisa liaises with our technology partners to plan, draft, file and work with patent offices worldwide to secure the tightest patent protection possible as well as copyright protection. Larisa is also involved in the acquisition, sale and licensing negotiations with our legal ad visors.
Sergei Golovchenko MSc - Co-founder of the GeTx business and Alchemie Energy. Sergei is a former graduate of the Grozny Petrochemical Institute. Sergei works activly on GeTx application development and is a director of Alchemie Energy.
