This book identified 7 essentials that the 387 businesses on NASDAQ have in common that achieved a million to a billion turnover in the last decade. These 7 essentials are being applied to the Alchemie Technology businesses including the H2OTx business with the aim of maximising return on resources by following this path for the technologies. 5. Become Masters of Exponential Returns - H2OTx should produce exponential returns as for every U$1 invested in production U$ 1 is produced in selling water per annum, or U$10 from capital sales via wet leasing.

6. The Management Team - H2OTx has a forward facing customer orientated team revolving around a lifecycle engineering/ science core with a supply team facing back to production

7. Inside-Outside Leadership - H2OTx is having a specific board created that comprises of industry insiders that understand the technology, the market and specifically the client’s requirements and the production know how.
