Production
There are 7 main production units required to produce the modules as well as the jigs and assembly facility for assembling the modular units shown above. A list of the equipment and costs is shown in Appendix 7.1 including land, production, office space, equipment, fittings & furnishings.
The utilisation modelling has been done and is also shown in Appendix 9.1. It is planned to set-up the first production line and have it operating within 24 months. This production line will have enough production capacity to produce:
50 x 2m3 units per day or 20 x 5m3 units per day.
100m3 of production capacity per day per 300 days per annum.
36,500m3/day capacity per annum, or 10 millionm3 of water per annum,
That’s enough water for 70,000 – 360,000 people per annum based on a consumption rate of 100 or 500 litres per person per day.
Each H2OTx plant costs U$125,000 to build with an internal 20% IRR recoverable from the leasing company, i.e. the factory is run as a profit centre and the H2OTx Plant operating division also.
The H2OTx units that are subsequently to be provided to end users will be done on a wet leasing arrangement so that Alchemie Technology always retains control of its technology and revenue streams.
